Trish has a breadth of experience in the consulting and training industry, having worked both in-house and as a consultant in the Asia Pacific region for the last 20 years. Trish has built a reputation for being commercially focused; relationship oriented, and is a strong advocate for women’s career development and leadership.
During 2006-2012, Trish held in-house roles within the financial services industry including leading banks Credit Suisse (CS), Nomura and HSBC. Within the banks, Trish worked on a range of strategic projects including a client focused sales and key account management developmental program and approach during the 2008 financial crisis.
She was also involved in the design of a regional approach to women’s development at CS, facilitating diversity round tables at HSBC, leadership development and Unconscious Bias training at Nomura, and bank-wide culture building initiatives during the CS integration from Credit Suisse First Boston to Credit Suisse.
With regional exposure, valuable business experience and solid credentials, Trish established her own consulting practice, Talent Gap, in 2012. She has expertise in a number of key areas, particularly strategic meeting facilitation, women's development, and salesforce effectiveness.
Trish is also a trained corporate coach. She is certified in the HBDI, MBTI and Voices 360 tools, leveraging these with maximum impact with senior leaders, high potential talent and executives to help clarify career direction and build leadership capability.
